I timed my last computer and found that it took 22 minutes to boot up and give me an active cursor. So I bought this Lenovo and hoped for the best. I should mention that I use an old, old HP laser printer that uses a parallel port, and this computer has one (a rarity now).When I started it, it asked me if I wanted to install my old programs which, apparently, had been backed up to the Cloud. I agreed, and bingo! My computer was cloned perfectly.My only criticism is with Microsoft. They try o get you to subscribe to a bunch of their services and programs. I don’t want to lease Office…I just download Apache Open Office which is a perfect clone of Office.All in all, a good purchase

Great new desktop computer, great speed, plenty of storage. One thing I was not happy with is. They did not follow my delivery instructions, not sure were the communication fell apart was it Amazon not passing the instructions on to this company or they didn’t follow the instructions from Amazon. Thank goodness I was home to receive my computer

The fan stopped working and system overheated after 5 months. Seller would not accept a return or provide a refund. Amazon offered no return or refund either. Yes, I contacted Asurrion and they said the warranty will start when the manufacturer's warranty ended. Lenovo said the warranty already ended. Passing the buck at all angles. Meanwhile, I out of almost $700 dollars. Do not buy from this 3rd party vendor!!!

The bad:1) These computers are a couple years old. They have no warranty.2) They were originally shipped to The United Emirates3) Because of #2, if you are in the USA, you won't be able to evern purchase a warranty from Lenovo4) They come imaged with an HP branded version of Win11, with HP software5) The "Wi-Fi" isn't in the computer, they add a cheap 2.4Ghz USB adapter6) Because of the above, the seller/sale seems sketchyThe Good:1) They are really nice little computers2) The price can't be beat for the specs you getIf you want to roll the dice on warranty (I did; in fact, I bought a 2nd one after I received the 1st one) and know what you're doing (I re-installed Win11 from Windows ISO because I didn't trust the included install) they are a nice computer for cheap.

It comes with a 2.4ghz single band wifi adapter that for whatever reason was picking up very slow speeds (under 15Mbps). Just upgraded to a dual band TP link and it’s working great now.

Replaced my 10 year old desktop with this one. It’s super fast. Still gotta get used the windows 11 but I like it.

the keyboard is really a cheap model
