Very important! Please follow this way to put the shower cover on.

When putting it on, roll inward the elastic band, the fabric side touch the skin, and only when fully slide on the bandage, pull it back over onto the skin. Pulling the elastic over the skin is not easy because it grips the skin or bandage tightly, so there is a lot of friction and it takes a lot of force to slide it on and off. The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off.
