Q: After installation, the lights and control panel indicators do not turn on. What should I do?

Ensure the power supply is connected properly. Verify that the extension rod is fully inserted and flush with the bottom of the water tank. Improper insertion may disrupt power transmission.

Q: The control panel buttons are lit, but the lights remain off. Why?

Check if the low water indicator (red droplet symbol) on the panel is illuminated. If it is, refill the water tank to the required level. The lights will resume normal operation once the water level is sufficient.

Q: Why can’t I turn on the lights with the MODE button after they have been on for a while?

The lights may have entered a pre-set sleep mode period. During this time, the MODE button will not activate the lights. They will automatically restart at the next scheduled cycle.

Q: Why do the light panels stop working (or malfunction) after prolonged use?

This may occur if water enters the connection point between the water tank and extension rod, where electrical contacts are located. Moisture can cause a short circuit. Ensure the connection area remains dry during watering.

Q: Why is the water pump not functioning?

First, confirm there is sufficient water in the tank. Note that the pump operates on a cycle of 15 minutes active followed by 1 hour and 45 minutes of rest every 2 hours. If the pump is inactive, it may be in its scheduled rest period.
