This has not worked well. Even with smallest size, penile cover does not stay put, even with tape. Obviously a mess when it falls off. Might work for someone who doesn't move around, but not suitable for active male.

EXCELLENT CONCEPT. RUNS SMALL HOWEVER DESIGN WILL WORK WITHOUT MATERIAL.

I hate to give bad reviews but this didn’t work.Probably bc it didn’t fit well. Was hard to put on.Biggest problem is that it leaked.(

Great when one is standing erect. But, DON'T sleep with it on overnight. It will leak urine right at the crotch line either side if a side-sleeper.
