Q: does it collect dust from the road

I can't say it collects or attracts dust, but once it dried, it would stay smooth and shine. Like any surface, it will get dirty and even get dull after a while.

Q: does this come in smaller tubes

I have not found it in smaller tubes. Wish it did though.

Q: Can it be used on popup camper canvas?

This stuff is designed for a solid surface. I don’t know how well this will last on material that flexible. I would look at other options to fix canvas and use this as a last resort.
