It works. However can someone explain the settings . The manual is very vague on how to use different settings.

This is great product with multiple settings as well as multi purpose. I used it for shoulder and knee. It is very comfortable. Also it has extension belt as well.

The media could not be loaded. I will never purchase from this seller again as this red light therapy pad is junk! It’s about 3 months old and only 3 rows of the lights are still working. It was getting very hot where the plug plugs into the actual pad. I paid $75 for this and it didn’t even last 3 months! Please don’t buy this product because you will be wasting your time and money! The cover is also opaque and won’t come clean! The rest of my pads covers are very clear and easy to clean! I want this seller to replace this product and since I’m outside the return date I cannot contact them! Giving 1 star because you can’t do a ZERO!

Have been using this daily for a while. The quality is good. Easy to use and helps with pain.

Unit only has 2 selections for light function and neither setting produces any warmth from the bulbs. I’ve given 3 stars because I guess the unit is designed that way.I’ll probably return the unit and try to get a better one
