Absolutely love this chair. My only wish is that would go lower. I put some rubber wheels on it and can't get it all the way under my desk now. Still love it feels very well made and is very comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. Look, having to pay extra for a headrest is ridiculous. If I have a spine to rest on a chair, I most likely have a head.And it’s comfortable, and adjusts easily sure, but if I’m paying extra for a part of a chair that should just come with the chair, I’d at least expect it to not be wobbly and clicky.

Great addition to the branch chair

I love the chair, and the headrest is ok.The problem is $60 for a headrest that only moves up and down a little is pretty steep.Found myself wishing it could tilt or move backward, so I had a friend make an adapter to move the headrest back a bit and its a lot more comfortable now.It would be cheap to mass produce, you should do it, Branch. Sell it for $10 or something lolI recommend using spring steel.

Great chair, poorly engineered headrest. Plus, it's not inexpensive. The headrest makes a positive difference but rattles noisily around front to back, side to side. I assumed mine was defective, contacted Branch for advice. The rep asked for videos and pictures, I provided. He responded with their videos illustrating the same, stating it's acceptable. Ahhh no, it's not. Several emails later I explained how I solved the issue by inserting business cards into the slot that the headrest slides into. This is an easy fix they should address and jokingly suggested they should refund me for the engineering and inconvenience. The rep coldly recommended that if I don't like the headrest I should return it to amazon. Left a bad impression.
