I needed fast for my wine fermentation and needed to rack over more. Got them just in time.

Had to drill holes in the red caps
There were no holes in the caps for the gasses to get out. The plastic is soft so not super clear but clear enough to monitor progress and cleanliness. Once I drilled the holes in the cap they are functional and affordable.

What do the red caps do?
While these airlock work, I do not know why the red caps are there. They Do Not allow Co2 to escape at all! I have to remove them and insert either cotton or a piece of paper towel to keep gnats out. Does anyone know what they are for?
