I bought 4 of these counter stools and they look amazing in my kitchen! Very sturdy and comfy. Assembly was easy - but after all were assembled we noticed one of the chairs had misaligned foot rest. I contacted Nathan James support and Stephanie was super helpful. She quickly addressed the issue and sent me directions to reverse the 'stretchers' (wood pieces connecting front and back of the stool). Easy fix and all done within a very short time same day! I am very happy with my purchase.

The chairs are absolutely beautiful. Amazing quality. One of my chair did come damaged I reached out to the company about the damages seeking replacement, it was easy fast hassle free, I got my replacement chair 2 days later. Thank you Kelly for the quick replacement and amazing customer service.

I absolutely loved the way these looked. I wanted to keep these. The height was great the cushion was comfortable and color was great. The sea grass back is where it all went wrong. When they wound the sea grass onto the back the ends sticking out everywhere which are very rough and will snag clothing. I would have tried to fix myself if it could have been. They are expensive I thought they would have a little better quality control being Nathan James. I ordered 3 and had to return them. This is a major flaw for an expensive chair wish I could have kept these. They were beautiful.

These stools are absolutely beautiful and extremely good quality for furniture that you assemble. I would have given 5 stars but the only issue is that the upper part is frayed and pokey so I have had to clip with nail clippers every little piece that sticks out. Very time consuming and disappointing but other than that the stools are so beautiful.

Love the look and quality of these counter-height chairs. The fabric feels modern yet classic, and the wood tone is a perfect medium brown. Husband said they were pretty easy to put together; just required a bit of tightening up to ensure a solid, no-wobble sit.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect barstools for awhile and these are SO GOOD. They’re absolutely beautiful! So sturdy, great quality and they’re exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to build too, my six year old helped me 💕 love love love them and am very happy!

The holes pre drilled were different on chairs I bought in a set that came in the same box! The side bars you fit into holes and screw it in. One chair was above the front bar and one was below the front bar as seen as the picture and it should be above. I bought a second set thinking both would be correct - but had the same issue! See pics for the differences. For the price of these chairs you would think you would get some consistency in the same set/same box. Also the color looks like it has hint of green at first and the would grain doesn’t look natural (very manufactured looking).
