Should work. 12AWG stranded wire is pretty universal.

Manufacturer only rates these to 20 amps. I wouldn't try to push them to 25 amps.

Q: Is there a 10ga option for this style of connector?

Call company guy is real helpful...but if he doesn't may have to go with Amphenol as on option
