I thought I had ordered the wrong item and that it was my fault so it was good to see it had happened to someone else
As the other review said the item arrived with a two pin plug. I thought I had ordered the wrong item and that it was my fault so it was good to see it had happened to someone else. Very disappointed as I needed it as a present and I don't have time to re-order. I love Philips Coffee makers as I have one already so it's a pity about the plug.

it was very smart.
I returned this item as it came with a European plug and I feel it should have been received, ready to go, with a UK plug fitted. As regards the look, it was very smart.
