This scale seems to be very accurate (unlike my last scale where I could be different weights after stepping off and on a couple of times in a row). As far as all of the other readings, I have no idea about the accuracy except for maybe bone mass. The scale indicated I was “average.” I recently had a bone density scan and I was in the normal range. I’m also glad I bought this as a package with the electronic tape measure. It’s so much easier than trying to figure out those fractions with a manual tape measure! The app is easy to set up and use.

I am so pleased with this Renpho scale it is so accurate, it doesn’t budge when you tilt to front or back. It measure so many essential areas too. The visceral fat, muscle mass, BMI, body water, aAnd more This is very helpful when in a weight loss plan or journey it comes in black glass and white

Update: The issue resolved after a few days - the APP is working well and so is the scale - changing my negative rating.The APP no longer works on iPhone - it will not allow me to create an account - the scale itself may work but without the APP I could buy a much cheaper scale and have the same functionality - now I’m going to have to go thru the process of returning it - what a waste - save yourself the aggregation & go with a different company

First, thank you for adding batteries. It is so annoying getting stuff and batteries aren't included. Second, you can use this scale without the app, but I wanted my info to go to my Samsung Health. Surprisely, they don't force you to create an account just to use their app unlike so many other items nowadays. You can use their guest mode and just have the data save on your phone, which I truly appreciate. The scale connects pretty quick through their app and transfer data to Samsung health easily. Overall, surprisingly pleased with this purchase especially for the price.

Have never taken much interest in weight/body composition etc. even in my younger days as a professional athlete. Having the data at my fingertips stored and recorded has changed this and gamified body fat %, muscle % etc. and driven results.My guess is the accuracy isn’t 100%, but directionally and relatively it is good.Use the scales daily and only used the tape once (in three months), so I wouldn’t necessarily get that again, but it was not much more, so I just got both.
