As a Thyroid patient it is very hard to find a good multivitamin Without Iodine or Iron - top notch .

I take x2 daily and have found that it has helped me a bit with menopause symptoms. It seems a good quality product. Its a capsule rather than a hard tablet.

I use these multi vitamins as theyre the only ones I can find without iodine, luckily they are also good quality
