This is the new replacement for my 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T

Plugs are the correct ones and work fine. The ad on Amazon shows a picture of four plugs, which is the normal number required for a 4 cylinder engine. The pricing says priced per pack. Generally a "pack" is four plugs. The order options are 1 pack or 2 packs. One would assume purchasing 1 pack would yield 4 plugs and 2 packs would yield 8 plugs. Ordering a pack as the site says yields one single spark plug not a set for a 4 cylinder engine. A better, clearer description would be helpful.

Box was damaged and spark plug protector covers were missing, plus after installing 2 out of 4 were not working.
