Great little frying pan
Bought for use on an IKEA induction hob. Only works on the smallest ring as it is a small pan. Used for Omelettes, for which it is perfect. Non stick gets 10/10 and the same for easy to clean, everything just falls of the coating. It has a good thick base so I needed to increase my power setting to allow for this.Great little pan, will buy the bigger versions soon as I really like this one for value and performance.

Third pan bought, it lasts one year
I just bought my third pan of these. My previous 2 units last me one year each with a good daily use. We use it for everything and it’s a great pan ! Eggs, pancakes, meat, veggies… I use minimum oil and never had problems with the non stick ceramic. My choice for this pan is because of the ceramic coat, which is healthier for my young family. I’m happy to replace it once a year as you can see in the picture after heavy use (exactly one year ago) the ceramic gets scratches and this is what allow leaks you don’t want in your food and indicates to me it’s time to change. I don’t expect the pan will last forever and for me it’s a good cost-benefit. Especially because I know my husband is not as careful with the pan as myself lol.. he uses high heat all time for steaks.I would recommend this pan for anyone who wants a good ceramic coat pan for everyday! I like Masterclass brand and have also their baking tray.

Looks good, feels good, seems sturdy
I think I would have liked to have given this 5 stars, but (This may be my fault) on first use I found my fried eggs stuck to the pan and the burned egg deposit was extremely difficult to remove from the surface of the pan. It was my first time using an induction hob and I may have had the setting too high and I fry using coconut oil which has a lower tolerance to higher temperature than other oils. The pan looks and feels good, so, maybe under different circumstances it would probably have performed better. It could be a 5 star item, check other reviews to be certain.

Brilliant little pan
This is a great pan for the price, I've had it for a few weeks now and it's still doing great after heavy use. The great thing about ceramic pans over teflon is that you don't burn the non-stick surface with high heat, and as I'm using it on an electric hob that's important. The size is just right for what I need (it's PERFECT for making an omelette) but it is on the small side, so for a main pan some people will want something bigger. Other than that I can't fault it - the only possible improvement would be a metal handle so it could go in the oven / under the grill, but as a frying pan this is great.I got this to replace a scratched up teflon pan and the difference in the non-stick was amazing. It's still very satisfying to fry an egg with barely any oil then just tip it onto the plate.

Barely lasted past return window!
First, the good:- Pan is lightweightThe bad:- cleaning as recommended only works a short while before things start sticking at medium temperatures and then cleaning requires more effort than you would expect. Scrubbing with baking soda is the only thing we found that works consistently.- the handle is poorly designed and constantly becomes loose and on occasion falls off when you’re using it. You’ll need to keep a screwdriver in the kitchen so you can tighten it every few days if you receive one like we did. The metal is too soft to accept the screw that fastens it. It needs constant tightening and eventually strips.I feel terrible leaving a negative review like this and maybe we received a defective one - but this lasted only 3 months of gentle use before becoming landfill because of the poor handle design. Never had an issue with a pan like this before. Very sad for the world.

Very small heated surface
Can't comment on duration as I've only used this for a couple of months. Non-stick is so-so, always have to use a tiny bit of oil to avoid sticking (eg with eggs) but it cleans easily. Where it really under-performs is heating on induction: the actual ferrous disk that heats up is much smaller than the bottom radius of the pan, so you have an inner circle that gets really hot and cooks, and then an outer ring around it, about 3cm in width, which relies on conductivity to transfer the heat and cooks much less efficiently.

Two perfect pans!
Bought two of these recently on the strength of a Guardian review. They seem extremely good quality and are not going to taint my food with forever chemicals!

THIS IS SO GOOD
Simply the best saucepan I’ve ever owned. I intend to buy another smaller one. Nothing sticks to it and it’s so easy to clean. One tiny bug bear is that the handle comes loose as I think it’s a single screw fixing. Still worth it for an amazing pan!
