It’s 3HP. I think it’s great for spraying insecticide, I use at a low nozzle setting and about 35%~50% throttle and it covers great. I wouldn’t recommend for leaf blowing. It doesn’t move much air when compared to regular Stihl, Echo, and other backpack blowers.

I don't know the Italia but this one is very good. The motor starts right up every time and the sprayer works as it should. It has a great range. I sprayed around the house for mosquitoes and it's very effective. I also use it without liquid, just as a leaf blower.

Q: Does it arrive assembled? Does it leak much?

This Backpack Sprayer's reinforced plastic tank does not leak and comes assembled with the engine and backpack straps. The only assembly required is the throttle and tube configuration, which depends on your preferences/needs. A quick guide is available in the box or a more visual "How To" on YouTube.
