Works great!
Works great! Just make sure to check the cable size and ensure it will work for you as it is relatively short.

Great addition to my pack!
I picked up this ZITAY NP-F550 Dummy Battery to use with several different products I have that take the NP-550 batteries. It plugs into your light or monitor and then can be plugged into a power brick or V-Mount battery to power your device. The downside is the length of the USB-C cable that comes off the battery as it's quite short - which can easily be resolved by using a USB-C extended cable.Overall, if you're like me and have some older NP-500's that aren't holding a charge anymore and you've moved on to using V-Mount batteries that have incredible amounts of battery power for a much greater length of time, then having an adapter like this one is an absolute no-brainer.

This fits almost any product that uses a NP-F550 battery for unlimited "bench" runtime!
This adapter works great! It uses a USB-C connector so it can be connected to to a wide variety of power sources so that you can match it to the amperage requirements of your device. The device I was using needed 3A of power (15W) so I used a 20W USB-C charger which afforded me a 33% "Buffer" on the amperage requirements. If your device requires you to insert the NP-F550 (or alternate part number) into the body of the device and close a door, ensure that the device works with the door in the open position. Just open the battery door and ensure with a charged battery that all the functions of the device operate like normal with the battery firmly inserted. The cable for the battery eliminator will need to exit so that means the door (if equipped on your device) stays open. This is perfect if you routinely "bench test" your devices, or need to power them for long periods of time in a stationary position (like data transfer sessions). It's a lot more convenient than swapping batteries over and over! This is a unique product with a unique set of features that is very useful in the enthusiast crowd!
