I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade luxury. My back air shock went out. I was hesitant to buy these shock on Amazon. I did my research and decided to buy these shock. It came well boxed up. Im not really mechanical inclined. So, i went on YouTube and they show me how to change them. If you have the right tools. You can do the job. Once, installed. Ride was smooth. I saved alot of money from not going to the dealership.

Zero stars! Service suspension light came on as soon as I installed these. Took to the dealer and they diagnosed the new left front strut is bad. Can't return it because it's on the car I need to drive for work. I just wanted seller to send me another one and I'll send back the defective one. Don't buy! Giant headache!

It was a very cost-effective alternative to the OEM models that are mechanic was going to purchase. Occasionally, the suspension warning light comes on, but it usually disappears after a couple of hours.

Failed within a month, company wanted me to get a video of the failed product. What am I supposed to do hang off the hood to show them not working. Would not recommend.
