Prior to taking these, she experienced 2-3 once discharged from a long hospital stay. We started her off with 2 per the directions on the bottle, and eventually down to just 1 a day. THEY HAVE played such a HUGE part in keeping UTI's at bay. She hasn't had one since starting them. They're an excellent quality AND they're combined with a probiotic. Can't recommend these enough!

Two pills in one, and I can take it without an asthmatic reaction. As someone with severe allergies to trees and shrubs, I find acacia/Arabic gum, safflower and other ‘natural’ weeds as fillers in foods, vitamins, even prescriptions! Thank you Nature’s Way for keeping these out of Cran Rx.
