The active ingredient is amylopectin, a simple vegetable plant product in powder form which has been found to rapidly stop all types of bleeding, even arteries bleeding. It reacts with the plasma to form a gel which rapidly thickens and clots the wounds, sealing it to stem boodflow. It is hypoallergenic, it is harmless if ingested or breathed. You'll be pleased to know that before this was discovered, the only other known source of a "rapid bloodstop" product was copious amount of cayenne powder packed into the gash or wound and pressure applied.
