*edit* mine finally broke after 1yr 3mos. Took one final fall from the roof of my car onto very sharp, rocky asphalt and it cracked. I will be buying another, it's wound up to be pretty much exactly what I need. I would like a straight wall tumbler style version though. I wouldn't call it super leakproof, you can turn it upside down, but the mouthpiece cover is just friction fit, though after a year it was still just as good as new, and as long as you kept the gasket in place, sealed fine, and it was easy to clean.*original post*I used my first one for weeks and loved it - good feel of the plastic, silicone pad prevented it being too hot, and the plastic was conductive enough that hot drinks like tea cooled down enough to be drinkable in reasonable time (I honestly hate over-insulated mugs) and it just felt really well made.But I left it on the ferry. Boo. Bought another immediately.*update - everything below this was caused by me not noticing the very thick, well made gasket was slightly ajar. I just needed to push the spot that was very obviously not seated into its space down with the tip of a chopstick. all fixed. 5 stars, issue was user error. left in the below part just in case you notice the same issue, it can be fixed easily*This one has a problem sealing that most of you won't care about - the gasket around the lid doesn't leak but it doesn't seal if you shake the mug hard.I like a bit of matcha in cold water every day around lunch. It's weird, I know. Cold water and a couple grams of matcha, shake it hard to mix it up. The first one of these mugs had no issues being shaken to heck. This one frequently leaks just a tint bit when I shake it hard. Not enough that it would ever leak in normal use, but I can't shake it reliably, and that's part of what I use it for every day. Coffee in the morning, a cold matcha in the afternoon.So unless you plan on shaking it as part of your regimen, I wouldn't worry. It doesn't drip whatsoever when used normally. I think there's just a defect with the silicone gasket on my second mug. I still really like it, so I'm only knocking off one star.

A great no-frills coffee cup that fits perfectly in cup holders while having a good capacity. I ordered these as a gift for my sister & BIL and they liked them so much they asked for the info to order more.

I was excited for this purchase because I have a similar mug made out of same materials. I purchased this new one to use everyday since my other has a seasonal holiday design. I didn’t question whether or would work or not since it seemed similar to my other, and tossed the packaging immediately. Unfortunately, with my first use the mug leaked coffee all over myself on my commute. Tried twisting on so many times thinking maybe I just hadn’t secured it properly but each time it leaked. I even tried different liquids between cold/hot and it still leaks. Needless to say I’m disappointed I wasted 20 dollars on this travel mug I cannot travel with since the lid doesn’t work. I would be returning but already discarded the packaging assuming there would be no issue.

Bought this for my husband and for the most part he loves it, but the silicone pieces that create the seal constantly fall off. It's frustrating that they are so loose

This cup is very simple and feels smooth to the tongue. It holds 2 cups of liquid (16 ozs.). It doesn't keep hot liquids hot very long though. Super easy to clean. It's hard to believe it is NOT plastic which I love! Very durable. I just wish it came in a bigger size and had an option for it to be insulated. I certainly would recommend it though!

We have ordered several of these cups. They are great on the go in the car or walking around.

OK product! When a hot liquid such as coffee is poured into the cup the rubber shield stretches out of shape & slides down off the cup. Will NOT purchase again.
