Q: Will this unit directly replace the broan 655 units in the same size cut out in the ceiling and be able to reuse the same electrical?

Thank you for your question on the model BHFLED80. This model will offer the same housing size as the model 655 did. You should be able to use the same electrical as well.

Q: Can this unit be installed with leviton iphs5-1lw decora in-wall humidity sensor & fan control?

Thank you for your question on the model BHFLED80. We are not able to test our products with every switch on the market. We would recommend contacting Leviton directly to see what the switch requirements are and compare off the specs to our fan.

Q: Will a P66W switch work with this unit?

Thank you for your question on model BHFLED80. Yes the P66W switch will work with this unit. We do not make the P66W switch any longer, so if you need to purchase a new switch we would recommend the P3RW. The total load for this control is 20 amps with each individual switch being 15 amps. Q: The description says "1.5 sones" but reviews say it sounds like 2+ and that the heater is much louder than the exhaust fan. How loud are they?

Thank you for your question on the BHFLED80 heater, fan, and light unit. The ventilation fan is rated at 1.5 sones when using a 4" duct size. The length of the duct run along with any elbows and bends can affect the sound and performance of the unit, so that is something to keep in mind. The heater unit is not rated for sound and does not offer a sone rating. Only our ventilation fans will provide this data.
