It’s a m365 pro board but it’s not the board shown in the photos, different variant.

can't get to stay on
The face depresses the putton on the electrial board (always pressed): I have to rip the faceplate off the shut off the scooter.

did not last until it fail
lasted 3 days then turns on for 3 seconds showing no battery charge and turns off. somtimes stays on for 5 mins with full charge. can i get refund or replacement ?
