Q: Does anybody know of any adapters where this will work with xbox? Ive got it for pc mainly. It is a very comfortable headset!!

If you got the wired one it will work with the Xbox but if you got the wireless then it should still work with bluetooth. I only have the wired version not the wireless.

Q: Can the microphone be detached?

No it cannot be detached from the headset.
