4 pints, with a little extra room for sneaking in some ice cream bars or something. (I think the previous comment was thinking of quarts.)

Too easy! My kid was playing with it and changed the code and now we’re SOL!

I have seen this question several times now. You can not change the code without having the door open to flip the switch, to change the code. My only thought is that maybe you could dismantle the box. Not sure that is possible without destroying it. Sorry
