Stay with RAM
Extremely sturdy.Despite having several of these on multiple boats, I bought a different brand. The off brand was junk. Do yourself a favor and stay with RAM. These things are built like tanks. Sturdy, rugged and built for the weight of the new graphs.

I love the adjustability of this item. It’s very easy to tighten and the quality of the build is fantastic. Ram mounts are expensive compared to other ones however, I purchased another popular brand and I did not feel comfortable with mounting my expensive fishfinder with that product. I am happy that I took that product back and purchase the more costly Ram mount.

Works as it should
Works pretty good haven’t had and problems with the base loosening over the years. Only complaint with this style mount is while in bigger rougher water I find myself constantly having to retighten and lift my finder back up because it move so much. On a standard day with mild chop this mount is perfect no movement
