I went from the 12 kamvas to this one and I think it was the best decision I have ever made, I wish I had started with this one, I feel that in the 12 there was so little space to draw that I constantly had to move the canvas.

Great product! Already ready to upgrade. Added the HUION Kamvas Pro 24 4K to my wishlist. As far as this product goes. I like it, and I am very satisfied. Although its not the 2.5K or 4k it does a fantastic job.

I only learned recently through an acquaintance, but new products are supposed to have an extra plastic layer over the screen protector with a red tab to pull on to remove it. Mine did not, and I paid full price for a used and potentially refurbished product. I was wondering why there were so many micro scratches here and there when I had barely used it. Not only that but some of the cables had dust covers while some randomly did not. Labels were folded or torn like there were attempts to remove. Pen nib was rattling and loose like they were used. Unfortunately, I found out too late and I missed my window to return it. Do not for fall the same trick I did, and return the product immediately if you do not see that plastic layer with the red tab on the screen. Selling used products for their full price while hiding the fact that they've been used should not be legal.

The display has a noisy/grainy effect, which makes it very difficult to see the details, and also the colors look different.

Not the best quality, I'll stick with my old device.
