This thing has not been working properly since we received it, it keeps spitting boiling water out, burning me in process every time, it does not actually produce much steam, so there basically no difference before and after steaming. I am unable to contact the seller to have the item replaced. Avoid this item at all costs, it’s a waste of money.UPDATE - after the initial review the seller got in touch and helped to resolve the issue. Hence why i amended to 4 stars. For anyone looking to contact the seller you can do that via amazon messaging.

Wish I had bought this years ago. I was attracted to the fact that the hanger set up is all ready to go and the water reservoir is big.Much quicker at getting creases out than my portable steamer . Easy to set up . The trouser clips are a bit awkward to use but otherwise very pleased with this.

Good, compact and easy to assemble steamer. I would argue it's good value for money, as it started well and after 6 months it doesn't steam in full steam. Meaning, every 40 seconds it stops steaming and needs 15 seconds to draw steam again. Need to return it as it's faulty.

I have had many steamers due to having a ladies rockabilly vintage clothes shop (Jitterbug Jean if your interested) I have just had to throw away a morphy richards after exactly 12 months as it stopped working! I use the steamer almost daily and got to say, it produces lots of high steam & is very powerful. I had to turn it down as I thought the smoke alarm was going to go off. Its easy to manoeuvre having wheels, has a large tank for hours of steaming, it gets all the wrinkles out even on heavier & more stubborn fabric. Great for mesh type fabric too as no risk of damage like an Iron. If your hesitating then look no more. Its fab!
