HulkFit Multi-Functional Adjustable Sport Series Power Rack, Weight Rack, Squat Rack for Home Gym Strength Training, Bench Press, Squats, and Deadlifts with Attachments and Accessories

I ordered this rack due to the Covid-19 outbreak with my gym closing down. I also made the decision based on the good reviews that it already had for sturdiness, assembly and all around quality. My goal was to find a cheap, but sturdy squat rack so I could continue my powerlifting program. I ordered the item in late March and received it in the middle of April (which was expected due to the circumstances). So I waited patiently, and it finally arrived. I was very excited to open the package and assemble immediately as I hadn’t squatted in a couple of weeks. The first thing I noticed was no directions, but a single photo diagram of how to assemble. This was no problem for me as there wasn’t much to assemble anyways. When I began putting it together, I observed the hardware (screws and nuts) to not be the correct sizes. The nuts did not fit over the screws, thus I could not secure the rack together. At that point, I was very disappointed because of the time I waited for it. I decided to go to Home Depot the next morning to get proper hardware, which cured the issue. I then assembled the rack properly, and it lived up to the sturdiness reviews. It did not wobble, shake or tip when I was racking weight on it. Very good item.The next morning, I contacted customer service to advise of my findings. This was probably the best part of the product; The care that the Customer service team gave to me, especially during a pandemic. They refunded me the money for the hardware that I had to go buy, and gave a very sincere apology. I would definitely purchase another product from this company knowing that if it comes defective, the issue will be remedied.

Just received my Multi-Function Adjustable Power Rack Exercise Squat Stand (in red). No issues with packaging or parts. Everything complete, well painted, easy to assemble. Pretty sturdy for the price point. I'm 210 and did pull-ups no problem. I put a pair of 45's on the rear pegs (just in case), and it felt just fine. Gotta bend the knees at 5'10"Girlfriend loved it. Ab straps work great on it.. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase except for....The Multi-Function Adjustable Power Rack Exercise Squat Stand (in red), comes in 2x2 square uprights, with 5/8" holes for J-hooks. There is no mention of this in any ad, nor in the accessory ads for Hulkfit. I purchased in advance the new round dip bars, and they do not fit. Pins are 1" and catch for uprights is about 2 3/8". Bummer..I'll sell them to someone who probably is desperate for some, as they are hard to come by right now.I emailed Hulkfit for an accessory list for this item or compatibility chart on their products.As I said, happy with it overall.

Good quality squat rack. Stable. Easy to assemble.Update…Upon purchase you’re asked to leave review in exchange for j hooks or another item. I never received j hooks after multiple requests with “out of inventory” response. It’s been 2 years!

Note: The reviews I've seen here appear to be for the Pro 800 and 1000lbs models. This is for the Basic 500lbs.This Basic Squat Rack is sturdy and great for squats and bench presses. The pull-up bar is a good feature.I needed a stand that would not take up much space and also brighten up my home gym. This one fit the bill.It is much easier to assemble with an impact driver or ratchet wrench rather than the provided wrench.The holes in the stand are about 1/2 inch in diameter, so be careful when ordering accessories. The pegs on the included J-Hooks are smaller than more widely available J-Hooks, so as to fit into the 1/2 inch holes. The Pro 800 and 1000lbs models have holes that are about 1 inch in diameter, spaced further apart and fewer in number.It seems hard to find accessories that will fit these smaller holes, so it may be more prudent to buy the larger 800 or 1000lbs versions if you have the space and cash.Overall, for the price and my needs, it is a great addition to my home gym.

We wanted a rack where my son could do pull ups on and also use along with a weight bench. We have a limited amount of space and the other racks were just too large. The rack is easy to assemble if you have socket wrenches and assembly is almost self explanatory. The rack is strong and easily holds more than 225 lbs on a bar. The rack would sway slightly with my son doing pullups, since we could not bolt it to the floor, but once we added 35 pound plates to the weight holders there was no more swaying. Great rack, for a great price and not as bulky as other products.

Just finished putting it together. Overall, it's exactly what I expected and hoped for when buying it. For the price, it's an easy 5 stars.Pros:- Price -- Good luck finding anything else that is this sturdy and well constructed at this price point- Build -- Quality materials, arrived packaged and in good condition, the design is smart and sturdy- Size -- Perfect for a home gym or for a basement. It's compact enough for basically anywhere you'd want to put a home gymCons:- Packaging -- The package was basically destroyed when it arrived. I guess FEDEX had to basically mummify the thing in tape, and some of the parts had fallen out of the packaging (but were still delivered)- Missing parts -- Was missing 2 washers, no big deal.- Extra parts -- Was given 4 additional special bolts and washers with a sleeve? Maybe for a different model?- Instructions -- These were BAD. If you have basic knowledge of how to put these sorts of things together, you'll be fine, but the bolts/parts in the image were not numbered though the parts were given numbers in a key. Again, not a big deal if you know what you're doing, but I can see how this would frustrate some folks.There was nothing I couldn't get around, so I still give 5 stars for the value and the product itself.
