The media could not be loaded. Finally getting back into baking, going to do my daughter baptism cupcakes because economy is expensive. I did 3 trials and finally found the way I love it. Very easy to use and I love how all we add is water and butter.For all my bakers keeping it to original directions I felt the icing was very thick and the vanilla flavor was not there. I found that I personally like my buttercream a little more lighter and fluffier between textures of whip cream and buttercream. I added 6 drops of clear vanilla and added a splash of heavy whipping cream with the butter and water as directed per pound. It came out amazing! I also measured one pound will ice about 20-24 cupcakes using the rosette tip.

I love Satin Ice Buttercream. However, I didn't realize I was purchasing the mix and not the icing. I had just enough ingredients to mix into it without having to go to the store. I wasn't as impressed with the taste of the mix versus the premade icing. It's my fault for buying the wrong thing.

It was too sweetEven after I mixed it with unsweetened frosting, I couldn’t use at all. I ended up wasting a lot of materials and threw all in the garbageI don’t recommend this product at all

Definitely wish it contained more product. For the price, i was only able to use it on 3 batches of cupcakes or a small heart cake. Although the smell and consistency was great!
