Q: Are used like new items checked to make sure the package contains all parts?

Thank you for inquiring about a Danco product. All of our products come straight from our warehouse and not used in any way. They are then shipped to all of our consumers. Only third party consumers would have used or previously opened packages.

Q: Are the hot/cold stems the same as Danco 11b-1h/c ?

It appears to be the same. The set I bought, is for a Price Pfister 3 way diverter with verve trim, that has been around for at least 50 years. Danco is a plumbing parts supplier and I'm not sure of Gerber's part. The part's set I bought fit's perfectly. The brass valve stems usually last indefinitely and finding the right washers, packing and O-Rings will work. Good luck.

Q: Is this kit for Sayco ?

not sure about Sayco but this is for a standard shower and tub fixture. very easy to replace the valves and works good

Q: What size is Faucet Seats?

There is no Faucet included in this kit it is three knobs hot cold in shower
