Cho-Pat Original Knee Strap, Patella Support for Runner’s Knee, Jumper’s Knee, Osgood Schlatter’s, and Chondromalacia, Tan, Small

I was hesitant to try this but after 4 years of pain and limited mobility, 5 MRIs, and countless PT sessions I tried it and sure enough, it does provide support. It makes my knee feel supported the way taping by a PT does. There are only 2 problems: 1. Im a woman and wearing this over my leggings or outfits is kind of a drag and 2. After wearing it, once it is removed my knee suddenly feels very unsupported. It's the same feeling as when the K tape comes off. I always describe it as Bambi learning to walk (unstable & unsure). But then again, my knee issues are pretty gnarly/complicated. I don't think most folks will feel like this. I love the band and I'm glad I have it for those days when the pain in my knee is preventing me from walking. A MUST try. My knee issues are grade 4 bone on bone, PFPS both knees, meniscus tear, tendonitis on one knee and Hoffa's syndrome on the other. Try it, you have nothing to lose except pain in your knees. I have used this product for years, but felt I no longer needed it. Recently, after many steps and and down stairs, I started noticing slight knee problems. I was happy to find this so easily on Amazon. I put it on in the morning and my knees seem much more stable and I feel no pain. I do HIGHLY recommend this product.

This is the absolute best knee support band ever. I wish I hadn't wasted money on purchasing other brands. It is more than comfortable to wear, and extremely simple to use. The fact that it comes in different sizes means you can get an excellent fit. I would recommend the Cho-Pat knee band to anyone with knee instability issues. You won't find a better one in my opinion.Weeks later, and I am more than happy with the Cho-Pat knee support band. It is so simple, but yet actually works to keep the knee stable. I live in the country, and am always walking on uneven ground. This simple strap keeps my knee in alignment. It's been like a miracle for me.

Recommended by my Physical Therapist to help with my knee issues. Quite amazed at how it kept things stable and greatly reduced my pain. Will be getting one for the other knee. More comfortable than other knee braces I've used but it is for a specific part of the knee.

I had one of these many years ago when I damaged a knee. It provided decent support - enough so that the knee hasn't bothered me for >25 years. Until now.I have been experiencing a feeling of imminent collapse in my knee lately and I went looking for the same support I used those many years ago. I found it and ordered this Cho-Pat support right away after measuring my knee as a Large.The support goes on very easily and is mostly very comfortable to wear. In fact, most of the time I forget is on! This support has reduced the "collapsing" feeling I have been experiencing, so we'll see how it goes.I have found that the 2 vecro sections need to be lined up to be most comfortable, and the tightness should leave enough room for a thumb to slide under.

It's a good product, and I have bought other knee straps, so I can tell this one works well. But the small is not small enough for an average sized woman (me) and after a few months the velcro stopped sticking to the non-velcro part of the strap, which is where it meets the other end due to its size. If there were an extra small, that might work, but if you're a petite woman, my guess is that would even be too bog.

These knee straps work fine but there is a lot of package information that you need to read BEFORE you purchase this, such as: do not use if you have poor circulation, etc. Also, at the time I purchased this, the sizing information was not available so the strap did not fit; I was allowed to exchange it or refund but I had to pay shipping and handling to receive it and to send it back and I was charged too much for the "handling". I have since noticed that these are available at most drug stores and you can avaoid all of the problems that I had.

strap is as described and true to size. it wraps comfortably around my knee and i appreciate that it does not scratch against my skin while i'm running, as my previous one did. I immediately notice the change in discomfort. I'm a heavy runner and my knees are starting to get shot...every now and then i get a sharp pain in my right knee that i have to walk thru. once it goes away, i'm good for the rest of the run except for on hills...this strap has eliminated that pain. so i'm grateful.
