Q: is this methyl ethyl ketone?

methyl ethyl ketone, M.E.K. is a lot like lacquer thinner, has very fast drying agents in it. Will discolor plastic and other soft materials. I have used it to thin and spray flat lacquers and clean up, do not get it on any thing with a painted surface. The Tamiya Tam87012 is a slower drying Cement than Tam87038 Extra Thin Cement. The 87012 is better for a part that is hard to get in place, doesn't dry as fast. Play with your cements, glue part trees or spar parts together, this will give you a better felling on which to use to get the best finished model.

Q: Only with this glue is enough or should we buy another?

I use Tamiya Extra Thin (the green bottle and cap) 99% of the time and the orange cap, which is thicker and dries slower, only 1% of the time. If I could only have one glue it would be extra thin.
