Just awesome - I got my back back!
Great rehab program. I am a 50-yr old mother of 3, I eat healthy and am not overweight - but I don't exercise other than occasional walking. I had a non-existent core. :) My lower back began hurting more and more...when I'd wake up I could barely bend over. It became a burden to even unload the dishwasher, get clothes out of the dryer, etc. I'm 50, not 90, I thought, so here I am doing RehabZone. Best purchase ever - I would be paying THOUSANDS for physical therapy which I'm sure is what my doctor would've recommended. I am on phase 2, workout 2. I feel strong now (a feeling I've never had) and can easily bend over, do household chores, yardwork, weeding, hacking down bushes, etc. All the things I used to do. I feel like I just got a new lease on life. I LOVE that the videos don't just focus on your abs, which is what I thought "core" was. There is arm work, leg work, shoulder work...the videos really do tone your whole body. I do the workout faithfully 3-5 times a week before moving on to the next one fot the next week. The videos start slow and weren't overwhelming for me. They're about 20 minutes...who doesn't have time for that, when you're investing in your health and your body? You are up and down a lot, so if that's difficult for you, you may have to hit pause. Also someone with knee problems may have a problem with the up and down. Give these a try - they were a life changer for me!!

Great rehab and warm-up program
I purchased this dvd back in June of 2020 for sciatica condition. It worked wonders for that, and now I use it for a warm-up or cooldown after lifting or mountain biking. I am 56, so warming-up stiff muscles is a must before a ride or lifting. The first disc in the program is perfect for this,(and for recovery) it is combination of light back strengthening and stretching. My back has never felt better. I liked this dvd so much, I purchased the hip/ knee and core strengthening dvds in this series. I am a personal trainer and owner of a Stretchlab, and this program is well done.(almost as good as an assisted stretching session;) The program is not intended for building muscle mass, but it’s great for improving ROM and preventing injuries. I highly recommend all the rehab series.

An outstanding approach to a stronger core and releif from back pain
There are several positive comments I have regarding the RehabZone program:1. The three phased approach with four workouts in each phase provides a systematic way for continuous improvement - - as your flexibility, stability and strength improves the program keeps you challenged. I am also finding this approach reduces boredom that can occur when you start a new program and keep on doing the same exercises.2. The narration is extremely helpful and professional. The approach reminds me of the exercise instructions I was given by my physical therapist after hurting my lower back last year.3. The demonstration of the exercises is easy to follow and shows the correct form and also some level of modifications.4. Results - - I am currently on Phase 1, level 3 and have already seen an improvement in a reduction of lower back pain. Specifically when I am sitting for long periods of time when driving long distances.I am 60 years old and finally believe I have purchased my last exercise program for my core/lower back and have found a program I will continue to use for years to come. In addition, for me this is a better alternative than joining an exercise program at a fitness center - - its convenience, affordability and most importantly being able to truly work at my pace and feeling the positive results.

Solid Program
I bought this when I threw my back out. The workouts progress slowly, and they tell you to not do anything that hurts. My back feels much better now, but I am still doing the program. I really like the moves, and I'm hoping if I build my core I can avoid back trouble in the future. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the CDs. You can fast forward to select which workout you want to do, but it doesn't show you which one you've selected, so you have to be careful with your remote and count how many times you press the button.

Best series back pain!
I injured my back several years ago from daily commuting and lots of sitting at a desk job. Then injured it again after having my son in 2014. I tried massage therapy, chiropractic, and osteopathic specialists. The longest I could go between treatments was two weeks and any physical activity was uncomfortable/painful and felt like I was doing more harm than good and kept causing re-injury.I can't say enough about this series. I started off doing it a couple times a week and moved up a level once the current level felt pretty easy. I love that the activities are shorter than regular workout videos (felt doable given a busy schedule) but because they are targeted therapy they are incredibly effective and I always felt better after doing them. I have never gotten sick of the instructor and really appreciated the encouragement to do things to my own level and the cues were very helpful. There were a couple stretches that I didn't even realize I had been doing wrong for years until one of his cues said "if you're not feeling the stretch try this..." and I was like "oh! that's what it's supposed to do!". It's been a year and with doing the series even just once a week I've been able to build up to be able to go for jogs with my husband, play easily with my son on the floor or outside, I even wear my heels again to work sometimes. I haven't had any back spasms in the last year and I've been able to remove the osteopathic care, reduce chiropractic care to once every couple months, and get massages more for relaxation vs trying to fix my back. Huge life difference and I am so very appreciative. Thank you for making this series. I feel human again.
