A must read book by one of the best author.
This is an awesome book about leadership. It explains 3 important things. First true "Leadership" is not about any party, position or Post. It is about "taking decision and action". Second thing every person must take leadership of his life to make it worth and successful. Third thing is leadership is an life on going process. It is not a one day long process. Finally I think all of Robin Sharma's books should be a part of management course. I learned a lot by reading this book which helped to clear some doubts, fear and confusion in life and mind. Now I see my life and work in a different way. Thank you Robin Sharma for writing so meaningful book. One more thing I found his books very affordable mean most of the foreign writer's books cost around or above 1K where as his books cost less than 300. So, anyone can read his book and everyone can make a his life more meaningful.

An amazing approach of leading without a title.
In this contemporary world, the word leadership is often misunderstood by a large number of people. We often consider leadership to be something related to the way of propagating an agenda or something which is associated to the highest position of a country or topmost post in a company. We didn't even try to understand the basic idea behind the formation of this very word because this is what we have been taught till now and we did care to know more about that. In his book 'The leader who had no title' Robin Sharma has tried to change our commonly-followed belief and help us go through this newly-found concept through a meticulously written story.Blake Davis, the man who bravely fought in the iraq war has now stumbled in the aftermaths of the war. After serving in the American army for a seemingly long period of time, returning back to his normal life has become a very stressful taak to cope up with. It was getting tough to fight the nightmares of the war which continue to haunt him regularly. Amidst all these confusions and turmoil, he met a man of his father's age while working in a prominent book store in New York. The man called as Tommy turned out to be his guardian angel who helped him in breaking down the wall of disappointments and building a monument of abundance success and happiness.Tommy introduced Blake to the four teachers who taught the greatest lessons of life through a intricately drawn blueprint, which ended up to be the life-changing lesson for him. Through this fable, the author has stressed on the fact that you need no title to become a leader and how each of us have the potential to become the leader of our life. He draw our attention to the power of solitude and how we could prepare ourself for every day by waking up one hour early. Robin Sharma has penned down a very practical approach in helping us to lead in our lives. Also the use of acronyms has made it very easy to remember the four principles of the LWT philosophy. I very strongly recommend this book to every person out there who is serious about making realistic changes in his or her life.

A warm cup of motivation 😊
Another life-changing book by Robin Sharma! This book has important messages that can change lives. Like Sharma's famous book "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari," it shares valuable lessons that, if followed seriously, can lead to personal growth. The story follows Blake, a retired soldier who has lost hope in life and works at a bookstore to get by. He struggles with daily life and relationships until he meets Tommy, who changes his perspective and takes him on a journey of transformation. Blake meets four wise mentors who teach him the philosophy of leading without a title using acronyms like IMAGE, SHINE, HUMAN, and SPARK. These lessons deeply impact Blake, transforming him from a negative person to a positive one.Through his encounters with these mentors and time spent with Tommy, Blake forms a close bond with Tommy, seeing him as a father figure. Despite losing Tommy in the end, Blake carries on his dream of spreading the message of leading without a title to help others.Overall, the book is uplifting and helps readers regain focus. The lessons from the mentors can be applied in daily life for personal growth. Most importantly, the book emphasizes that everyone can be a leader without needing a formal title or position. The key is to awaken the leader within ourselves and take action, regardless of our status. This is the essence of leading without a title.
