Why did you pick this product vs others?:When I first glanced at this item, I really like the idea of the motion detector and the rechargeable internal battery. I actually do find this product to be quite useful for what I use it for. I personally wanted to. Light up my hallway at night when I needed to go from my bed to the bathroom. It does well for that purpose. Generally, I charge the battery every 6 to 8 weeks. The magnetic base does fairly well, but the light will easily fall if bumped or hit hard enough. The light itself has a fairly low amount of lumens. However, I believe good for if you want just enough light to see by at night. I know there is a way to connect the base to the wall with the adhesive. However, because I am renting, and do not wish to cause damage to the wall decided to use tape instead.

I love these little lights way more than I expected. I took it on a cruise, one for my daughter’s interior cabin and I kept one in my bathroom. I find using the light switch to be too bright during the night and this worked amazingly. It is very compact so I had it on the small shelf in the bathroom. It does have a magnet on the back if you have a wall to place it. I did not have to charge it once with using the motion detection mode during our 7 day cruise.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Can recharge and have the option to leave on or use the motion sensor mode. I had bought this same brand before but they are the ones you plug in. I still use them and they’ve lasted for years now. I bought these because I can use them in our RV and don’t have to use a plug in. We are a senior couple and these work great if you have a pet and don’t want to trip on them at night.

A should have bought these years ago. They work exactly as expected. I use them in the hallway that leads to the bathroom. One of the lights detects movement in the bedroom which I really like. The light stays lite for about 30 seconds which is perfect for crawling back in bed. Rather than mounting them I just placed on floor.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This light set it super light weight, attaches by magnet to a sticky tab you place on your wall. It is easy to set up and to use, is reliable and provides decent light. You can set it to leave on, off or motion. They are small enough where it is convenient to use in your closet or even in a camper, as well. They arrived nicely packaged and on time. I would order these again, honestly. The only downside, hence the 4 stars, is that the sticky part is not as sturdy as it should be within a higher humidity area (i.e. near a shower stall), so you need to place it accordingly or it will keep falling off the wall. I've struggled with positioning it for one of the areas that I really need a night light.

Bought these last year for a cruise to Alaska. They worked very well for those moments that you needed to get up during the night. Now I use them in the bedroom at home. We attached them to the bottom of our bed frame so they’d turn on when you get up during the night. They’ve been charged once in a year!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Just a trial purchase. Even though the units are very small, I found the sensor and the brightness superior to larger motion sensor lights. And stick on metal patches for the unit's magnets...a genius set up.
