Q: Will these fit a Steadtler lead holder?

No,I have a Staedtler Mars 780 and have tried two different containers of Faber-Catell lead and they are too thick for mine and jam it took a pliers to carefully remove it.

Q: Is this graphite lead?

Yes. Its graphite available in grades 6B (softest) to 6H (hardest). Grades 3B to 6H are 2mm leads and fit the TK 9400 2mm Clutch Pencil. Grades 4B, 5B, and 6B are 3.15mm leads and fit the TK 9400 3.15mm Clutch Pencil. The lead refills are all 9071 leads. Faber Castell also makes 2 lead pointers (sharpeners) for them: a 2 holed TK Lead Sharpener for 2mm or 3.15mm leads, and a 1 holed 2mm Lead Sharpener. They don't fit the Staedtler lead pointer.

Q: what width are these leads? I need a 2.2 2b 90mm

If you need a shorter length in a 2mm 2b lead have you tried Caran d'ache ($$$$) or maybe Koh-I-Noor ($$). These are much longer than either of those two but all are in the 2mm range.
