As a freelance photographer this is a tool I most definitely needed for indoor/outdoor photoshoots. I'm still getting adjusted to the settings but in due time it'll become second nature. It's portability is convenient. The battery life holds good depending on how long of a shoot you have. The functions work well and are easy to adjust. This product is definitely worth your buck if you're on a tight budget with purchasing photo equipment like me 😄📸

This flash is super portable, works great in studio and location. Cant complain about the battery life. Very easy and straightforward to use. For the price it is really worth it!

Pros: brightness and quality of light are top notch. I love that the controls are on the side instead of the back of the unit. I love that it’s battery powered, and rechargeable. It has a good modeling light. It also synced up with my Xt2 trigger immediately. I wanted something portable that I could shoot outside with on sunny days if need be. But it’s also my go-to light in the studio. Cons: it’s big and heavy. I’m used to either speed lights (Godox AD100), or my old studio lights (MS300s). The 300s are a little smaller and lighter, but require a power source. I would’ve been happier if this came with some sort of carrying case over the accessories in the box (some little color gels, a squeeze air cleaner thing, and a little “soft box” for flash heads). It also doesn’t come with a standard reflector, which I couldn’t believe. Even cheaper lights come with them. So even though I love this light, there have been times I’ve left him home just from size and weight and not wanting to carry the bulk. Overall I recommend it because it’s powerful, easy to use, has a Bowens mount (endless options for modifiers), portable and rechargeable. The bulb is replaceable if it burns out. It’s also several hundred dollars cheaper than the AD600 Pro.
