You will have to pry it from my cold dead knees
I suffer from a pain condition in my knees so they can't rest against each other when I'm sleeping or they hurt too badly to sleep. I can't sleep on my stomach because I hurt my back on a bad break fall years ago. I can't sleep on my back because it makes my stomach/guts ache. So for almost 6 years I have been sleeping in these awkward twisted side positions and it took a long time to get to sleep. I was always on edge and just couldn't ever feel rested. This freaking pillow has changed my life. The foam is just the right cushion/support that my knees feel NO extra pain from laying against one another. It lets me lay completely on my side so my back is in line. Ahhhhhh. Thank you! Honestly it feels so damn good sometimes that I lay down and I am OUT. I used to get up in the night and would have trouble sleeping again. That would stress me out and make getting to sleep even harder. But with this pillow I don't have to deal with sensitive knees and can just get back to sleep in minutes. I hadn't realized how deeply ingrained my tiredness was until I got this pillow and slept so deeply I thought I was getting sick or something. But I was just comfortable for the first time in over 5 years. I will be buying another to stash away in case something happens to mine.

Been happy with this for both knee and back pain relief
I've been using this pillow for about 9 months now - originally to help reduce stress on a knee injury I suffered last year, and then found myself continuing to use it when I noticed it helping with a long-time back injury. During the period where my knee was recovering the pillow helped a LOT to reduce sideways pressure on the joint, which had been a primary source of discomfort while trying to sleep. (I'd tried a few of the shorter knee-only pillows before I got this one, but since i'm a side sleeper the short pillows actually increased the sideways pressure on the knee joint and made it hurt more. Having support along the entire lower leg like this pillow provided was much better for my injury and sleep habits.) As the knee healed and stopped being a nuisance at night, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also reduced pain from an old back injury. It wasn't a miracle cure that made the back pain vanish or anything, but it made a noticeable difference in how many times I was waking up during the night to shift positions. Overall I've been very happy I picked this pillow up. I'll admit - from the laundry perspective it'd sometimes be nice if I could pick up a second cover for the pillow, but it's not something I'd deduct any points over.

Perfect size knee leg pillow
Followed another reviewers advise and got the pro with the 2 straps. (Be Cool with Bamboo, Pro) Pros: 22.5 x 10 x 4 inches is the perfect size and perfect width. No too hard and not to soft, just right Cons: The cover started shredding after just a few nights. The price, very expensive. I tried many types of pillows and this fit my needs. Helps with sciatica and works better than a regular pillow. I thought I may use the 2 straps to keep it in place, turns out I find the straps are annoying. Ended up using a regular pillow case to cover the shredding cover. Held in place with with a rubber band. Doesn't look too pretty but it works great.

Just what I was looking for
This pillow is awesome. I debated which pillow to get and was put off by the price on this one, but the fact that it was doctor designed and extra thick at the ankles convinced me to try it. The memory foam is very soft and comfortable, though if your legs are really heavy it may compress too much. I'm 5'2" and 185 lbs and it's fine for me. I find the pillow a little long, but my guess is most people's legs are a bit longer. What I especially love is the design of the strap. Once the pillow is "on," I can wiggle around and I don't lose the pillow. Sometimes it twists, or shifts up or down, but a quick push with my other foot gets it in place again, even if I'm half asleep. I know for a fact it's stayed on at least once in the middle of the night when I rolled over. Because the strap is anchored wide apart, there's a lot of space under the strap and it's super-easy to slide my leg into it hands-free. I usually just leave it under the covers and slide my leg into it when I hop in bed. Even on the first night I tried it, it helped my sleep - I didn't find it distracting at all. The material does get a little warm. This is awesome for me because it helps keep my foot warm, but if you run warm you might not like it. An added bonus is that if I roll onto my back, I can kick the pillow off and slide it under the back of my knees to keep helping my back.

Extremely dissatisfied, do not buy, rated a 1 only because can't a 0
I was reluctant to purchase this because the price was so high. The thing was that nobody else that I found made a leg pillow that support the complete lower leg. The straps for some reason are held together with Velcro yet are not hardly adjustable. The Velcro at times digs into my skin until I adjust. The edges should be rounded but they are square, making it an exact adjustment to get the pillow comfortable. From that point I did like the product enough to just put up with it and keep it. As I wrote, I didn't see any alternative product to buy that would fit my needs. 4 months in and I must say this thing is a piece of junk. The fabric is starting to come aaprt slightly and the zipper handle pulled right off. It says that the return window was closed in Feb. I suppose I'll wait to see if I get a response from the supplier and if I don't, I'll explore other means. I do not want to keep this thing; especially as bad as it is and very expensive.

Sizing
I like the softness, the support down the ankles and the USA manufacturer. I returned bc it was cumbersome to wear and kept waking me up as I turned and needed to reposition. The size may have been to large for me. Also, the return was a bit difficult for our area as it needs Togo UPS or the Amazon store.
