A resealable bag of Menthol Crystals, 150g. Crystals are pure and strong aroma. These can be used in food, drinks, or aromas. I prefer the aromas. Add to boiling hot water and the aroma fills the room. The solution can be put under heated for longer duration. I prefer to dissolve in hot water and saturate the cotton insert in the DIY nasal inhalers to have a soothing menthol in a pocket sized tubule.

I use these for the steam room at the gym and at home to unblock my nose. Really strong so a little goes a long way.

Bought for my partner, who is suffering a sinus infection and used only a couple of crystals in a jug half filled with hot water. Within minutes, the whole room was smelling of menthol, so I was able to benefit from them too.! Great for clearing the airways and relieving congestion caused by sinusitis, cold and hay fever. We have put the jug down at the side of the bed to allow him a bit of relief when drifting off to sleep, but we could still smell it in the morning too. Great quality, adn a good price for such a large amount. Will buy again if they ever run out!
