Excellent Stain Remover
I cannot say enough about this product. It truly does what it says it can do. Just spray, walk away, come back later and hose the ceramic tile and you're good to go. There is no scrubbing or horrendous fumes to contend with. Great product!

Mold and Mildew Cleaner
This cleaner worked like magic in a rental property where the fan stopped working in the bathroom. One spray and the stain literally disappears. The smell is really strong. I don't recommend if sensitive to bleach. I wore 2 masks and that helped me out.

works quickly with little scrubbing
This stuff is amazing! I clean homes and mold/mildew in showers is a constant. I used it on my shower in a couple of places and used very little scrubbing. I hope the formula never changes like some products that start out great and then aren't after a few years. Pricey but so very worth it.
