Good product value for money
Was unsure before buying as it was much lower priced compared to 13 fin of Philips, Havells etc and was not sure if Orient brand is still reliable, but turned out to be a very good and effective product. This is the 2nd winter I'm using it, heats effectively and working great.

Not efficient
Not a good one.Not efficient ,takes hel lot of time to heat even a small room and little large room it's not even working as per it's capacity it should work.Even the blower heater is able to perform better than this.Better to go for other brand.Felt like money wasted

Low heating problem and poor after sales support
Its been two times technecian visited for its repair ,as it started tripping and less heating than normal. Problem still persists. Today it will be third time i am gonna call for the support in 20 days.

Plug Wire is very small and knobs quality is very poor
Orient is not very well to deliver the quality. I am using 9 fin oil heater since 10 years when my baby was born. I was using Bajaj,now same room size I ordered it and it is failed to make that room warm. Knob and button used are of inferior quality. Orients must improve. Wire provided is very small, Customer may go for other options wire length is very important too
