Great quality, works without issue. Expensive compared to compatibles
When looking at original toner, this high yield cartridge represents excellent value: at time of writing less than twice the price for three times the yield of a standard cartridge. Print quality is consistently high, and a new cartridge is immediately recognised. Expensive compared to compatible offerings. However, these cartridges are chipped and it can be quite hard to get a printer that's looking for an original chip to acknowledge a different cartridge: a process that often requires multiple precisely-timed button presses and a somewhat fiddly reset process. I'm happy that this represents a good saving Vs the TN243 size, is easy to install, and gives high quality results

The product was good but the delivery was not, it was left on my doorstep without the driver checking to se if anyone was in to collect it.

Best to go genuine
My printer finally needed a new toner, so I got a cheaper third-party one, but the printer didn't recognise it. So I ordered this Brother one, works straight away and they give you a label to recycle the old toner. Sometimes it's best to go for genuine replacements, happy with this.
