Great to have a fully functional XL again!
Working great thus far! 5500mAh vs 440mAh for the original battery. Followed YouTube video on how to disassemble and replace the battery. Took the opportunity to clean the speakers and surrounding area, remove a few dents from the grill and repaint as well. Glad to have a fully functional XL again!

Works perfectly!
This new battery worked perfectly. Found instructions on YouTube on how to replace the old battery, and back in business saving my favorite portable beats pill speakers.

Works but might want a separate better pry tool
Brought my beats pill XL back to life. Pry tool isn’t very good. Had to use pieces from my car pry tool but the batteries work and wasn’t a hard fix once the pill is open. 8 out of 10 would recommend.

Its GOT THE POWERR like C&C music Factory baby!
So my Beats XL battery fried, hence the recall. Wasn't getting an XL replacement so i kept it for years broken. decided to try and look for a replacement battery. found this on....works like a champ! Not too tough to replace, for the love of God don't use a hand screwdriver to take apart....so many screws. HAS THE RIGHT CONNECTOR on it....its plug and play. Showed up fast and easy-ish to install.

Perfect!
I have had my Beats Pill for many, many years when the battery finally wouldn't charge anymore. I had my son-in-law replace the battery and voila! It works just like it's new! Highly recommend this! It's much cheaper than buying a new speaker!
