Great for bike commuting in colder weather
Wonderful base layer shirt for biking in cold-ish weather. It breathes well and is quite warm. I'm pretty comfortable while doing light cycling in temperatures in the mid-30's (Fahrenheit) wearing just this and a light button-down shirt (and a light hat/mittens and pants, of course). At colder temperatures adding a jacket shouldn't be an issue for extra warmth. What I really like is that when I'm out of the cold weather, I can keep this on underneath my business casual attire in 70-ish degree indoor areas without feeling uncomfortable or too hot (but once I'm inside I'm sedentary - if you're active it would probably feel too warm to keep on all day in higher temps). The fit being looser than compression-style shirts also helps with all-day comfort. And at the end of the day it doesn't feel as gross as the base layers that are made out of polyester. So I could see wearing this for a couple of days before putting it with the dirty laundry if you're not especially sweaty. And it's pretty cheap for this sort of clothing! I was looking at expensive merino wool and Under Armuor shirts as alternatives for a base layer, but this works perfectly for me and it's way cheaper. Good stuff all around.Lastly - a note on fit. I'm a pretty small/average size guy... 5' 7", BMI right in the middle of the average zone, and not especially muscular or flabby. The small size fits me very comfortably, but the sleeves are maybe a tiny bit shorter than I'd like them to be. Based on the other comments,I have a feeling the medium size would be too large to be an improvement.

Great base layer
This is a fantastic base layer here. I got the Medium/Tall and it fit perfectly. I'm 6'5" and stick thin, so finding something my size is generally pretty difficult. This keeps me reasonably warm, with this and any shirt and pants over it I'm fine walking around without a jacket until about 0C. 4 stars because the material itself is pretty scratchy, and it feels weird at first. It is polypropylene and feels like a plastic-y sort of wool. Its not too bad though, once you start going about your day though you stop noticing it. I will try some of this brands other products to see if they have one that feels less.... fake, but if there isn't a better product for a similar price point I would have no qualms buying this again, and in fact would be eager to do so.

great cheap base layer, though might roast you in the summer!
I'm 6'2 and very slim and decided to go with the 'small' instead of the medium tall, and i'm glad I did. it fits down to my hip, and while the sleeves only extend halfway past my elbows what matters is that it holds close to my skin with only a little extra space between.no joke, this stuff really holds your body heat in! it's like i suddenly grew a coat of fur, it's magical. the material it's made out of wicks away water and sweat, yet it still has a nice soft feel you'd expect from cotton. It's compactable too, easily balls up to about a half-liter. keep it away from fire, or even hot metal; i used the sleeve to pick up a pot right of the stove and it simply melted after touching the heated handle.beware though, if you're wearing this while hiking in the sun you'll sweat all the water out of you! won't soak into the shirt though, mine didn't even stink all that bad after wearing it for a few weeks, though it got so hot i just took it off and hiked shirtless, and only wore it after setting up camp.this is absolutely something i'd want if hiking below 40 degrees, it makes the perfect base layer for that.

It was okay.
It was okay. Always felt a little weird on my skin. After I found out I couldn't just dry it with my other clothes because it could MELT, I found air drying it every times I work it to be annoying so I threw it away. I didn't want to risk forgetting it with the rest of my clothes and having it ruin my other stuff in the dryer. It did fit well though, and did an okay job of providing extra warmth. Just not worth the extra hassle for cleaning.

Cold proof makes a pretty good product
Cold proof makes a pretty good product. When I got the shirt in the mail I thought it was going to be a little too small however it fit perfect. This shirt has definitely kept me warm with some pretty frigid camping nights. I would definitely wear the shirt and anything under 50 degrees and it keeps you pretty warm for what I've experienced. Overall this is a Five Star product since you keep me so warm and is very durable on Long hiking trips and camping trips that I take.

Avoid this. Ruined after one wash
After one time washing, it’s crazy wrinkled and stuck to itself and the sleeves are stretched about nine inches longer than the original sleeve length. I used to really like the ColdPruf base layers, but this is really poor quality.

A Great Nice Fitting Base Layer
AMAZING! So comfortable. And incredibly warm. Being in New England I needed something for when I went out to freeze and shovel the drive way. I also got it for my 72 hour kit for warmth. It is a great product. The only thing I wish is that they specified there were different cold ratings. I would have purchased the higher up rating than I got. If you are facing incredibly cold temps make sure you figure out the rating you are buying. Its a great product overall.
