Have been using this for a while now. Picture frames on laminates, Mr beams lights in washrooms, and others. More than a year now and they are pretty stable. Have not tried it on wall. I feel it is also very good, if you are not very sure of the place. Use it for a few days and then fix permanently, if you like

Sticks really well. Holds pictures easily and firmly. I don't think it can hold heavy frames.

Holds up frames pretty well without the need of drilling nails and damaging walls. tad expensive but worth it

I use these to hang many items on the wall. Not all items are extremely heavy and require a large number of strips that are big. These hold a reasonably heavy object or a light one very well as the strip is small. Works for the majority of applications. Four pounds a a great hanging capacity and is easy to remove when you want to take it off the wall. The 3M command is a well designed solution Use them all the time.
