Poorly designed aera for charging plug.
I returned the product unused due to an unseen design flaw that was only noticed upon arrival. The picture viewer will not sit flush in stand with charging plug plugged in. Edit....Upon speaking with customer service, I was made aware of an additional charging port located to the rear of the base that holds the picture frame. Customer service reached out to me directly, they were very friendly and professional. I have not used this product as I went with my orginal saved one from my Amazon wish list, but it looks well made and I'm sure it would work as well as it's designed.
