They'll give you quality if you give them quality.
I decided to decorate my wall with some of my own photography. Back in 2008, I had photographed a Colorado band named Born In Winter on their trip here to Nebraska. The shot you see in my sample photo is of their lead singer at the time, Michelle Huerd. I got a lot of shots that day for the web site, RockOnColorado.com that I was happy with, but the one in which Michelle is swinging around with her hair flowing behind here is the shot I've always loved. I recently decided I wanted a poster of that shot, and I shopped around a lot. Some months back, I decided on another service for printing it, but, by the time I got around to having my poster made, that service had gotten trashed by reviewers. That wasn't a good sign. I had actually written down EZPosterPrints as my second choice. A quick Internet search for them revealed they weren't getting hammered by bad reviews, so I decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did. I wanted a really large poster of my shot of Michelle, so I chose their 36"X 48". That's pretty big, and so I had some concerns about being able to provide enough resolution for good quality. My original processing of my photo was for the ROC web site, and you don't want a huge amount of resolution for a web site jpeg. I took the photo back in '08 with a Canon EOS 20D 8 megapixel camera and a 40 mm Sigma f/1.4 lens. I used no supplemental lighting such as a flash. I remastered my original image to have as much resolution as was available. I did have some concerns whether it would be enough for a poster. That old 20D is an 8 megapixel camera, which is a lot less than a current DSLR would have. Nowadays, you can get a DSLR or similar camera with up to 45 megapixels. However, I also knew that much of today's focus on megapixels is all hype. There's a lot more to photography than megapixels, and 8 megapixels is actually quite a lot. The Hubble space telescope has a 2 megapixel camera, and it does quite well. In the end, I was pleased with the poster EZPosterPrints made for me. You can see it in the photo I'm including of my wall. The picture in question is the one on the right of the woman singer in violet lighting. There are some other photos on that wall, but they were not printed by EZPosterPrint. I can highly recommend EZPosterPrints with some caveats. The most important thing to remember about printing is the whole "garbage-in/garbage-out" idea. In short, they can only print up a good quality poster for you if you give them a good quality image. That's why I did not give them the low-resolution jpeg I had mastered for the RockOnColorado website. I went back and remastered it from the original RAW file for as much resolution as I could give them. EZPosterPrints says they need at least 300 DPI (dots per inch), but give them even more if you have it. If your image does not have enough resolution, there are some AI tools online that purport to be able to beef it up. However, I've never used any of them. You're probably better off sticking with an image that you know already has enough resolution. However, I don't rule out the possibility that some AI tool out there could soup up your picture to have enough. I just can't vouch for any of the services that claim to be able to do that for you. I also remastered it for the 36" X 48" size that I had chosen. I highly recommend prepping your image for whatever size you've chosen. If you don't, you're leaving the interpretation of how it's cropped up to the printer. You would not want them to have to guess how you want it. You don't need an expensive subscription to Adobe Photoshop to do so. I did some of the work in the free image editor named Gimp, and a little bit of the work in an old (and really affordable) image editor named PhotoImpact. To be clear, EZPosterPrints does have a tool that you can use for cropping and sizing your image, but I wanted to use the tools that I've known how to use for years. There are cheap and free tools you can use for prepping your image, but you do need to know how to use them. If you choose Gimp, there are about a zillion Youtube videos on how to use it. You could even use PhotoImpact. Although that program has been orphaned for a long time, it's still highly capable. There are other affordable tools out there. I don't recommend breaking the bank on some expensive program. In short, if you give EZPosterPrints a quality image, they'll be able to make a quality poster for you. I'm also including the original thumbnail image that their prep system made for me. At first, I had some concern that my large print that I would receive would include the extra graphics that you see in that image. It did not. The final poster, as you can see from my wall shot, was only of Michelle how I set it up for them. EZPosterPrints gave me a better quality poster than I was expecting, and I can be pretty picky. I used to do photography for musical performers, and I've become quite particular on what quality I'll accept. I'm giving a big thumbs up to this company for the work they did for me. I just can't stress enough that you need to give them a quality image. Do that, and these guys are highly capable of giving you an excellent poster.

Custom poster
Came out alot better then I thought! Worth the money 100%. The picture was accurate the quality was EXACTLY how I put it. For sturdiness it’s not like paper so it’s 8/10. Thickness could be better but I approve and I’m happy!

EzPoster: What Service Is Supposed To Be
This was my first foray into having a poster made of my work. Since I was new to this process, I was looking for a low risk investment to get my feet wet. The image is a combo of 3 different pics, with complexities of shading, pallette, and detail across the lot of them. Though significant, these represented the least of my concerns. I had tried at least 3 different local, low investment options. I never made it past the submission process with any of them. So, when all else fail- Amazon. 1 brief search later and EzPoster hits the top of the list. Then I noted the biz was in Jersey. I thought, I will just go through the motions and see what happens. So here's what happened: I submitted. And Guess What? My worries could not have been more misplaced... Here's the result of my 'Listed Concerns': - The ordering process was easy - The poster arrived earlier than expected - The paper quality of the poster was exceptional - The color reproduction rich, with consistent tone and depth, even in the final image - The image detail was superb (especially in the middle image) They exceeded expectations at every point. But this is not the end. It is the beginning of why I am writing this... As you can see, the image has text. During the upload process I unintentionally set the right crop too tight, chopping the first letter, a 'T', from the first word of the last bit of text, and rendering the poster effectively worthless to me. Unaware I had made the error I assumed error on their part. So I emailed a long-winded (I know no other kind of email) version of, 'Gimme my T back or I will be forced to tell Mama', and settled back for what I expected to be a week of waiting for response at least. A few days later I checked my email, saw no response, checked my spam, and found two- the first came the same evening I had reached out. The second a day later. The first explained that it was not an error, that they are required to follow the submission of the customer to a 'T' (my pun, intended), regardless of their personal opinion. This is a requirement of Amazon. They went back to my submission and that is how I set the margins. They went on to say that my satisfaction was their only concern at this point, and they would redo the poster at no cost to me and ship it as soon as possible. The second email was confirmation of shipping with the tracking number. Both emails had arrived before I had even read the first. I was annoyed with myself, not so much because the error was mine, but because I hate assumptions. And this story is an example why: my assumption of their error had caused them, if even the tiniest bit, unnecessary stress. Further, this is a small business that I had just induced free labor from. I thought I was being gracious with my offer to make no waves if I got what I wanted. Nope. Just another ass. The thing is, that is not at all how I was treated. I was not made to feel guilty, no sarcasm thrown back at my comments, no recrimination of any kind. Just, 'Thank you, sir. Here is what happened. And this is how we are making this right for you.' Now that, my friends, is how, even when I am a 3-letter word, EzPoster still extends the 7-letter distance of Service! Peace. Joe

Top Notch!
AMAZING. The print quality is that of a storebought poster as opposed to the typical cheap print on these kind of items. Worth every cent and just so cool!

EzPosterPrints, and KEVIN, were FANTASTIC!!!
i wanted to order a 24-inch x 36-inch poster of a photograph I had recently taken of Yosemite Valley from the location of "Tunnel View", and wanted it in a hurry to mount inside my vacation trailer prior to leaving on a trip over the Thanksgiving holiday week. However, I was concerned that the photo I had taken, which was only a little over 3MB, might not come out with enough detail (looking "pixelated"). So, I sent a message to EzPosterPrints through Amazon late one evening, asking about whether or not the quality of the poster would be good enough. Even though it was late that night, I got a very quick response from "Kevin". He said that it would probably come out just fine, but that I could send the photo to them before ordering the poster so that they could check it out first to be sure. I immediately sent the photo to Kevin, he quickly checked it out, and got back to me to let me know that he felt my photo would work just great. I then asked if he thought they could have it completed, shipped, and in my hands by my deadline date, and he assured me that unless UPS goofed, I should have it in my hands the day before I left. I really needed that to happen, because I wanted to get the poster laminated before I could mount it. Well, I went ahead and ordered the poster, it came out ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, and I got it as promised so that I got it laminated and mounted before my trip. I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY BY THE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!!! Because of that great service, and their great product, I plan on ordering more posters of my photos. If you have any question about using their service, I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND EzPosterPrints... I just don't think you could possibly get better service than I expetienced with them, and I expect you will receive the same. THANKS SO MUCH, KEVIN.. AND EzPosterPrints!!!

AMAZING
I needed large pictures of my kids printed out and couldn’t find anything that was good quality that also didn’t cost an arm and a leg. These are such good quality!! I love them! They came wrapped really well so they didn’t get ruined. They’re perfect! These took about a week to get here. I was worried the details would look fuzzy enlarged but it looks really well done. I will purchase again from this seller in the future. (Sorry the glare is bad from the frames in my pictures, but you get the jist)
