This lamp is gorgeous! It was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. I received the best price here on Amazon! I love the color of the lamp, the detail in the lamp shade and the beautiful crystals. I put a smart bulb in my lamp and can change it to a variety of colors and it makes the lamp even more spectacular. =)

How can you contact this manufacturer for problems???
So the part that screws the shade on the lamp post broke and the shade falls off. I tried to contact the manufacturer but their website is useless and tells you to contact them via the retailer (Amazon) but there's no way to contact them! Amazon sends you to their website that has NO customer service and I get an error if I try to contact them through the Amazon order I placed. Help! I like this lamp but I want it to WORK. Please contact me. I'd like to buy a replacement part for this lamp.

Crystals must be attached by hand, individually.
Beautiful lamp. Crystals had to be attached individually, very time consuming. Light shade just sits on base, no secure fitting for it to sit into. Very fragile.
