Hugely positive impact on my life-seriously
I have hair, so oily, I have had to wash it every day, since I was old enough to wash my own hair. If I go out at night, I have always had to wash it twice that day. If I didn't, it looked like I had not washed my hair in a week. Washing your hair that often is not good for it. I have struggled with that problem for so long, I stopped looking for the answer to make it better. Then my sister showed me this amazing product. Now I can wash my hair every 2-3 days and not look homeless for it. All of the Batiste dry shampoos work great, but this scent is by far my favorite. It smells a bit like a pixie stix. (Not at all like that gross smelling car freshener I was initially concerned about). And bonus- My hair has body for the first time, ever! This stuff is amazing. Fyi, I tried several other brands and this is the best. The others left a white residue, that looked like days of hair spray build up. This one does not do that if you hold the can the appropriate distance from your scalp, while spraying. I rub it in with my fingers, brush it, and go!

Does not smell like cherries
This dry shampoo does not at all smell like cherries, hence only four stars. It does not smell bad though, it just is not the smell I was hoping for. Batiste is still a good brand and does not really leave the dreaded white cast that so many others do. It worked at absorbing oil and left my hair feeling and smelling fresh and clean. I wouldn't fully be against repurchasing, it's just not my favorite. I prefer Nexxus Advanced Clean. Now that dry shampoo is the best and, according to my husband, makes your hair smell like honeysuckle. Plus, zero white residue. I recommend giving that one a try.

Affordable, works on grease/moisture from workouts, smells nice!
This dry shampoo is everything I have been looking for. I have tried a few, some through Ipsy glam bag samples, and others just trying through friends. I have been a long time user of baby powder because I have yet to find a dry shampoo that can actually dry up the moisture/oil my italian scalp produces (lol). This product has a pleasant smell, COMPLETELY does the job (if not better than I expected), and is affordable. The bottle size is perfect and has been lasting a long time for the amount I use daily. I used to be someone who felt the need to wash my hair nearly every day due to my work out schedule and greasy hair. After purchasing this, I have worked out 5 days straight and gone without washing and still looking presentable AND was even able to style my hair. It's crazy and like nothing I have ever imagined. I will forever use this dry shampoo and feel so satisfied to have found a product like this. I am thankful for all of the reviews I read beforehand because they were more than accurate! :)

Best Dry Shampoo I've Tried
Some relevant information - I work two jobs. My morning job consists of being out in the sun and heat for several hours, and my evening job is an inside job, working at the front desk of a hotel. Since job #2 involves dealing directly with the public, I have to look presentable...which isn't always an easy task after spending several hours sweating my ass off at job #1. Dry shampoo is pretty much my lifeline on days when I work both jobs. Even if I take a shower every day, my hair starts to get greasy mid-afternoon, so dry shampoo is perfect for a touch-up when a full shower isn't a possibility. This being the case, I've tried several kinds of dry shampoo - Tresemme, Suave, Batiste, so on. And this is WITHOUT A DOUBT the BEST dry shampoo I've tried. It smells great - very fresh, without that weird, lingering baby-powder scent other brands have. It sprays on VERY heavy at first, so you have to use a light touch until you've depleted the can a bit. As far as application goes, my method is to spray it on my roots only, keeping the can about 6 inches away from my head as I spray. After letting it soak for a minute or so, I flip my hair in front of my face and use my fingers to work the shampoo into my scalp. I flip it back, then use a brush or comb to work in any of the excess. Batiste soaks up oil/grease/sweat, as well as giving your hair texture and volume. I can already tell this is going to be a monthly purchase for me - absolutely worth the price!

This One Works Just as Well for This Brunette...
I have tried this, and this company's product geared towards Brunettes, because quite frankly, it's like not-so-poetic chaos in motion sometimes in the mornings in our house, and I have to make it out the door shower or no to a pretty steady string of therapy and school commitments for my kiddos. While I prefer the shower, this has been a lifesaver for me at least once or twice a week... So what I have to say is that when I spray this one on, yes, there are noticeable white particles at first, BUT...when I follow the instructions given on the product, rubbing my scalp and the hair there, then brushing it out and styling as usual, there are no more noticeable particles, they absorb in- at least for me. I would describe my hair as a kind of medium, golden walnut brown color with an occasional bit of red amidst the gold and brown tones, and a few grays, though those aren't so noticeable yet. I don't dye my hair, most brands have chemicals in them that are harmful to your liver. So for me, I have found this to be just as effective on my hair ultimately as the one that sprays out brown...

It keeps the hair looking fresh. Just don’t overuse it to avoid dandruff

The smell is too strong. Can smell it from a distance away. Not at all subtle. And worst of all it did not keep greasy hair away either. But if you just wanted to scent hair without treating the greasiness, this would be fine as the smell is so strong and lasts ages and ages until you wash your hair. But do not spray too much or the smell is overwhelming. EDIT: Over time, I think I've learnt how to use this product. I was determined to not shampoo daily as it was making my hair really dry and I liked having the freedom not to have to wash my long hair so often, which could be very time-consuming. I recommend only spraying when hair starts feeling lanky, but not waiting to the point of your hair feeling greasy. Always leave a distance of at least 6 inches before spraying, and part hair and only spray at areas where scalp is exposed. If hair turns white then that's a sign you oversprayed. If that happens, simply rub powder into hair roots surrounding the part of the scalp you've sprayed. That and brushing out or leaving it to settle in a couple of hours should make the white powder disappear. If you're desperate, then try wet the white powder with water. I have tried 2 smells from the range - Cherry and Cool Refreshing. The Cherry one I found really makes me gag. The Cool Refreshing one is the better one as the smell is more pleasant to me, although I do feel it is quite a strong smell and even more noticeable than the Cherry.
